Final run of week one done. Feel proud of myself. Bit apprehensive about leaving the shorter runs behind as I move through the program but I will do it one day at a time.

Great work Jan😊

I liked that there are less runs intervals in week 2😉....you will do it, you are ready😊xx

You’ll be fine, follow the program. Remember slow and steady and if you feel you are going to struggle on the next stage just repeat the one before so you can gain the confidence to progress. It’s your journey so Taylor it to your needs. I’m the same as you but on week 4, I’m struggling with it so I’m repeating the week until I can complete the two 5 minute runs then I will progress to week 5 and if I have to repeat those weeks I will. So take your time just try and keep to 3 runs a week and build up slowly ok.

Remember we are here for you, you can do this you are a remarkable woman let’s progress you to being an amazing one. Challenge accepted 😁
