Week 5 run 3

Completed the 20 minute run yesterday, I was actually dreading it in the beginning, I woke up with terrible hayfever but I said I’m just going to tell myself I’m feeling great and I’m just going to enjoy the run. Running is really a battle of the mind. I felt very proud of myself after completing the run, at the 15 minute mark when I heard Michael Johnson’s voice say I’ve got 5 minutes left and that I can do it, I said in my head yes I can😂 his voice always seems to come at the right time

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 Boxingfit, glad that you enjoyed your run today, not all that dreadful was it. That run is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
