I am stalling in week 7 π so I am going back to week 6. I have done two 25minute runs but today only did 13/14 minutes again. The time before I did 20minutes with great difficulty. Getting incredibly frustrated to be stuck at these two weeks!

Look don't worry you're doing great. Just stick at wk7. Try again go as slow as possible and up your water intake. You can do it π

Perhaps you are just starting too fast for the increased duration & running out of steam? I saw this Japanese slow jogging technique film on W6 & it changed everything for me

I still run this way and absolutely love it! Give it a try, it could help you get to graduation and then consolidation & you can always address your pace later. I think this style of slow running is also great for this heat. Because of this way of running I can run for over an hour now & it feels great. Hope it helps.
