I think I just graduated 🤩 haven’t got any inspirational stories (litterally just came back from running which doesn’t help 😂) but wanted you lot, most supportive community out there, to be the first to know 😘

First some consolidating (mainly in order to figure out a playlist that works for me, now that I have to miss Laura). After that I’d like to keep running 3x per week, 1 day 30min/5k, 1 day interval/or sorts to up my speed, and 1 day building up in time 10% per week to build up to 10k 😁
Sounds like a great plan ! And you don’t have to give up Laura - she’s there to help you through consolidation, and she’s also the voice of NHS Strength and Flex podcasts !
I've just finished week 1 and the concept of finishing week 9 seems like a bizarre dream. I've just joined here and your post definitely is inspirational 👍
You shall be amazed by the progress you’ll make, just remember it’s not about speed, but stamina. And take good care of yourself, drink lots of water (always, not just on rundays or the day before) and trust the program ☺️ And whenever you struggle reach out to the people on this forum! Most supportive bunch of people you’ll find (online anyways).
