Not sure why but this one was much tougher for me. Breathing went a little shallower during the second 10 minutes session and I was glad when it was over. Like others have said - there will be bad runs. Hopefully this is the first and last.

I have a theory that the bad runs are a good thing. (yes it is an attempt to make myself feel better but I still believe it). They teach you to resist, to push through, to check your pace and slow down if you need to, to defeat the gremlins, to force yourself past your boundries and out of your comfort zone. You learn a lot. But yes, they suck : )

They teach us disciplines in our running you are correct...especially patience, but as Laura on C25K..no such thing as a bad run :) x

Yes - these are exactly my reflections - they are a challenge of our mental resilience as much as anything. The good thing is that not at any time did I feel like stopping - the “old”

pre-C25k me would have done just that !

If you run, there is no such thing as a bad run :) Just different:)

Relax and believe you will do each one. The runs have to be different and they do move us on. Just keep it slow and steady and very well done indeed:)
