I haven’t really felt the need to post recently as it all seems to have got quite routine. The runs are getting done without any drama or any significant degree of difficulty. I miss the structure of the interval training and there is far less dialogue from the coach. I have replaced this with longer music tracks such as jean michel jarre and other ambient music as I get into the zone. I have started to see a significant difference in physique and feel really fit now. I’m looking forward to finishing next week. I bought myself a Garmin 220 yesterday in eBay ready for the next phase of this journey!
