Week 8 done!

Finished week 8 tonight! Felt much better than my last run and was my first run in the dark. Was great fun nosing at all the nice Chrismas lights on the houses near where we live. Ho ho ho and only a week to go. Thinking of York parkrun as my graduation run next Saturday. Am terrified really but my sister (who is a proper athlete) is urging me to be brave??

York park run is my local one it's a nice straightforward course as you go one and a bit times round the path around the race course. Some people go very fast (not me!) but plenty of people go at a more normal pace. Hope you enjoy it when you do it.

Thanks - am glad it sounds straightforward. Am just gonna go an give it my all which will be very slow!
