It went ok, I tried to run slower and walk faster, also tried Japanese Slow jogging stance, I cannot tell as yet if it’s easier on joints, but being aware of posture and looking far ahead does help.
I don’t know about endorphins, but , like the first run, I experienced a huge sense of relief on completion 🤣🤣, i guess it’ll have to do for now...

You’re on your way. Well done. That Japanese Slow Jogging rescued me & I think you’ll be amazed where you can get to. Stick out the first few weeks and you’ll get your reward.
But beware of Running Addiction - very easy to catch and there’s a lot of it about on here! 😄
