UGH it’s so warm and muggy out my poor Chesticles felt like they had Niagara Falls Running betwix them 🤣🤣.
Run 2 done and kinda glad that’s over . I need AUTUMN 🍂 Weather , I’m no use in this **Humidity of a so called summer .
Legs felt good especially after yesterday’s Yoga . I’m off to mow jump in my ice bath I need a cool down. lol.
🍏 Well done for getting the run done in spite of the humidity!! The cooler weather is coming & we will all breathe a sigh of relief! 😮💨 Your next run will really enable you to realise your dream of trail runs again! Hope it goes well! 🏃♀️
Thanks lovely I hope so . I’ve never liked running in the heat it does make me struggle . I’m always a fair weather runner
I never realised how much I appreciated cooler weather until I had to run when it was hot
