I’ve done the 2nd run and it was good. I think I’m getting better because when I’m running the 90 seconds I find it easier. When I think back to week 1 when it was killing me to run for a minute, I can see an improvement. Does this get better as the weeks go on?

Well done and yes you will start to see an improvement as you progress just remember to go slow 😊
It will become easier believe me . I find every run a challenge but I'm enjoying it as well now. 👌✌

Great job. Yes, it gets easier... of course the runs get longer so it’s going to stay challenging for a while. You’re nearly a third of the way through the plan, and for me it was the toughest third by far. Enjoy closing out the first third.
