My c25k programme I mean. As I've been travelling across the country and visiting friends and family I haven't seen for ages, it's been difficult to fit in my runs. Anyway, yesterday evening I managed to do run 2 of week 7; 5 days after run 1. It still went ok, and I had wonderful scenery as well. It was sunnier than in the photo, which I took the day before on a walk. Next run will be done back home.

You probably won't lose any fitness over a couple of weeks, but if you can fit another run in in the coming week it will help keep things ticking over. If you can't do the 25 minutes of a Week 7 run, maybe try one of the weeks earlier in the programme. My suggestion would be week 3 as it has the shortest sessions.

Seeing friends and family sounds great, and you are still keeping up with the running ! And into week eight this week.
I hope to join you with R3W7 this week - we are really getting through it now xx
