Thanks for this but how do I get onto the July HealthUnlocked C25K homepage? I only know the homepage where the usual messages are posted!

Click on Communities, click on Couch25k, click on pinned posts up at the top, scroll down... that’s as far as I can go. I’ll be in the same position in a few days time! Yay!!!
