I did the 20 min run on Saturday and felt fine afterwards but Sunday felt rather tired and much to my wife disgust really was below par. Thinking about what I eat makes me feels though I am not getting enough energy from my food. I am a fairly new type 2 and trying to do as the info and talks tell me to eat. I have lost 2.5 stone and the running is part of my regime to get my health back to what it should be. The run today was fine and felt ok afterward what I would like to find out from other people on the forum is what they are consuming taking into account my type 2.
