6th time lucky. Just completed my final c25k run. 6.4km in 48 mins. So pleased with myself. The inspiration from this forum has been great and helped get me through. On the days that I didn’t want to run, just came on here and read a few posts and off I went.
My instagram collage in the photo with my graduation presents to myself in the very corner.
I’ve signed up for a 10k in September, so onwards and upwards, with new shoes 👟😁.

The in ear ones were driving me nuts as they kept falling out.
The music quality is fine for me but I’m not that fussy about music quality. They had a test pair in Run4it in Edinburgh which I tried when I went to buy my shoes. Just tried them and was absolutely sold on them.
Congratulations. That’s some run to graduate with... great job all round. Celebrate well and enjoy your journey to that 10k, plenty of time to do it from your current mileage.
