When I started the challenge I thought I would βgive it a goβ as I was in Spain for eight weeks and missing my exercise class, (itβs a hard life) I never dreamed I would be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping at age 65, I didnβt think I would get past week two! I was nervous at the thought of running for 8 minutes and then 20 minutes, you have to trust the program it works and donβt let your head tell you otherwise. I can relate to all your posts and everyone is so lovely and encouraging . You can all do it, just believe in yourself. I have now got the running bug, will stick with running for 30 minutes for a few more weeks might do a Parkrun, who knows 10K could be next.!

Congratulations! Hopefully the other exercise classes are benefiting from this endurance training. Parkrun is amazing, and theyβll love having you. Celebrate well and as youβve got the bug I think itβs only correct to wish you a very enjoyable journey to 10k.
Thanks, my exercise class did seem βeasierβ this week but the muscles I havenβt used for eight weeks are aching ππ. I am going to do a Parkrun and enjoy running 5K for a while and then consider a 10K.
