Well, it's the final week of C25K. Run 1 done, just two more 30 minute runs to go. When I started this programme I didn't think I'd be able to stick with it, but I have and I'm so chuffed! It really works! I am planning my final 30 minute run for Saturday in the New Forest where I ran W1R1 and have a picnic breakfast to celebrate! I can only manage 3.6 km in 30 minutes and not 5k, is that normal? Am I ready to do a Park Run?

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, only two more runs until you graduate, you could use your first 5k Parkrun as your graduation run, many do, but the final decision is up to you. 😊 🏃

Great you're nearly there , and going back to the place where it all started. Good luck and enjoy your picnic 😊😚

Go you ! Most people haven’t run 5k by the end of the programme so don’t worry - you’re doing fine ! I graduated in February and I’ve still never got beyond 3k 😄
