That was a toughie. The first two on W3 I was fine, but today the air was heavy, my legs were heavy and knees protesting. But I did it. I’ve run every other day, apart from one when I left it two days, so that’s pretty amazing, and it can’t all be plain sailing. Slightly nervous starting W4 after today.

Well done to you MrsCDN on completing week 3 of C25K, you can run three days a week if you want to have three fixed days like a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, that means once a week you will have two non-running days

hi MrsCDN well done persevering in the heat, keep check that you are drinking plenty when it is warmer as this can add to heavy legs 👍

I was going to say that too. Heavy legs are often a sign of poor hydration. Hope the next one goes better x
