Doing OK

Completed w2r3 found w2r2 really hard and struggled but thought hey just a bad day next time will be OK and it was. Feeling positive about the programme and feel so good when each run is completed. I am going to repeat w2r3 once more then move on to the next one as want to feel confident that I can manage and go at my own pace. There are 3 of us running we all have the app and go at our own pace usually me bringing up the rear but as long as I complete each stage that's all that matters. Really appreciate the community and all the posts and especially supportive replies.

I start w2 tonight. W1 was good. Good luck with your week 3 when u get there. I’ve always been embarrassingly slow my whole life but it’s not about speed it’s endurance and we’re already enduring more than we were last week lol

Hi thanks for the reply. I agree as long as I am happy with my performance and that I have done my best. All the best with your upcoming week.

Well done you.. hopefully, you have checked out the linked post. It is essential reading for new runners.

Slow and steady is the mantra...you will hear it all the time on here. It works.

If you do complete the runs, it is better to move on. Only repeat if the runs are not finished:)

You run this at your pace and if you take it really gently you should be absolutely fine.

Well done and yes that feeling when you've completed another run is great isn't it . Slow pace is good it will get you through to the end of each run 😊😊
