I know I was naughty going today (after yesterdayβs 2nd run) but a friend hasnβt run for a few weeks properly, due to an injury, and wanted to go - so didnβt like to say I couldnβt x
Iβm not sure how to post my C25K βtrophyβ so if anyone whoβs done it, if you would be so kind to tell me please, Iβd be very grateful (not sure if it makes a difference (sometimes it does) but Iβve an iPhone)
Thank you very much to everyone who has been on this journey with me - the support has been fantastic!!
You all rock and those of you contemplating the programme, just started or part way through - you can do this!!

Thank you! Yes, Iβm def taking a break - 50/50 about club Wed (thinking of missing it for an extended rest) but hoping to attend parkrun Sat - I received my wristband earlier in the week so got to use it lol! π€ x
Yes, I thought Iβd heard him too lol and think Iβve been mistaken for the π as Iβm sure Iβve been hit by Punch (or was it the Policeman) π€ͺππ€
Yay! Well done, Bluepup1, congratulations π π₯ π₯ π π π very naughty to run consecutive days, even if it was for a good reason, sit on the naughty step for at least 24 hours and polish your graduation badge. Great decision to try Parkrun at the weekend and go for that 5k,it is a great atmosphere and really makes a nice start to the weekend. My printed off barcode won't scan for some reason so I have ordered the little plastic card, I liked the look of the wristbands but have spent so much on running gear recently I went for the card instead to save a couple of quid π. Hope you will keep posting on here and maybe head across to the Bridge to 10k section too!
You have done it! πππ πββοΈwhat an achievement Blue, another graduate for the Misummer class, motto, "Me next for the Brasso!!", π€£ Sometimes you need to follow your feelings, even if you think it might not be a good idea.
Congratulations! πππ And on such a hot day as well! And running on consecutive days (tut tut! π±). Have a celebratory drink and put your feet up for a few days. π
Thank you! π€ x Feet definitely not running for a few days - I promise!
Luckily for me the weather was mainly breezy today - if yesterday had been my final run (and consecutive day) Iβm pretty sure I wouldnβt have gone, or completed as it was much hotter π€ x
