GRADUATE (again)

Reporting back after this mornings graduation run and I smashed it. Great run, great scenery, best times although still slow, achieved 4K in 31mins. So happy 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Now I’ve been here before - 3 years ago and I’m determined not to let it slide this time. 🐌🌊😁

Well, I’m not doing too bad on time, MapMyRun is measuring me 4.69k in 30 mins, today with average 6.27 pace so next run I’m gonna try to keep going till I hear 5k. But if I struggle, will keep up with the 30 mins run till that stamina improves. How about you? What’s your plan now?

I’m going to do a couple of consolidation weeks. Then see if I can get to 5K, then hopefully a park run or two? I’m not going to rush as I’ve been here before, got carried away and ended up stopping as I didn’t enjoy it. Good luck x

It’s important we enjoy it isn’t it, otherwise what’s the point. I’ve got the bar code for my local park run, just need to get the courage to do it now, maybe in a couple of weeks. Good luck with the rest of your running journey x
