Fed up.

I posted a while ago about having bad knees. Well they are really sore now. Managed to get a physio appointment with specialist sports physio for next week. Feeling really fed up as this was something I was achieving at for the first time in a long time and I was actually enjoying something and having something to feel a little bit proud of. Sorry for the rant.

Knees do tend to feel the strain when you first start runn8ng.

I did one of mine in 2 years ago, but 2 weeks of following my physio exercises got it on the mend , and I've not had a twinge in over 18 months.

I still do the exercises as part of my warm up, and they're now in better shape than they've ever been.

Don't despair!

Hope your physio can sort out your knees soon, that’ll bring back pleasure in an instant! Until then keep your head up, the only way is up! 💪🏻 You can conquer this too
