Giving me hope!.... weightloss via diet and running!

OK - I know this is not a 'weightloss' forum, but lots of you have been keenly logging their food while improving their running...

Today, with NO CLOTHES, and putting my phone down and picking it up only when the scales have settled (don't laugh too much here)... I GOT BELOW 12 STONE!!!

I want to get to 9 and a half, so I have a way to go, but I am so pleased, and hope that with every half stone I lose I will increase my 'comfortable' pace.

PB

PS started at around 12 stone 8

It comes eventually with running, I know I had to have a bit of patience before I started seeing results on the scales. I could feel it in my jeans before the scales started to move 😀. Well done, it is a great feeling going down a stone bracket. Rfc x

Congratulations on breaking that barrier, it's a good feeling isn't it ? 👏👏👏

Good luck with the rest of it 😊😊😊

Gosh, i’d love to be 11 stone 13 pounds... That used to be my race weight. I’m going to celebrate like it’s 1999 when I get under 13 stone. Congratulations! Fantastic stuff!

That's fantastic! It's great to combine the two, isn't it, running and a healthy eating kick. I'm doing the same, and finding the scales are on the move too. Loving this running malarky! Hope you have a successful push onto your next running and health goals!

I'm also hoping to see this sort of result, nothing to see yet but it has given me even more incentive to play by the WW rules which I had been cheating on! Keep up the good work.
