Had a break due to holiday (I did 2 runs, including my first 20 minute one) but stopped due to the heat in the early mornings increasing, and did lots of walking instead, which is good, but...
I have suffered with Achilles problems for some years and now seem to have Achilles tendonosis which is not repairable/likely to go away I believe. This makes running a bit painful at times. I wonder if anyone else has any solutions for Achilles pain?

There are strengthening exercises you can do, but you should have the reps etc. given you by a doctor because it will depend on your personal situation
I’ve been doing the exercises I was given years ago by a physio when I first had Achilles trouble. They have helped a little but I think my Achilles are too old and scarred now to be anything other than a niggly problem.
