I will keep the logo on, it is the EXACT same logo as the running belt I got to celebrate one year after I began C25K with run 1 of week 1. in April.

Next the big one, gait analysis, shoes and socks to match. 😊 🏃

Every chap should have a running cap Al, especially if thinning on the top like my OH. it means you don't have to wear sunglasses too. mind you, no sun here today , just rain.

There are some people wanting to see me wearing it, I don't want anyone having a heart attack, at 73 I still have a reasonable amount of hair up top, but I now have quite a thick beard, that was what happened about 18 months ago, two journeys started, growing a beard and my running journey, both I have enjoyed, although I have have had mixed reactions regarding my 🧔 beard, my daughter and grand daughter love my beard, my sister hates it. 😊

Yes Floss, I like it, I bought it to celebrate a year since I graduated, I also bought a running belt with the same logo back in April to celebrate my first run of week 1.

I got my bank statement this morning and have decided to book for a gait analysis next Monday, I hope to get the analysis on Wednesday and will buy the recommended shoes and socks to match.
