My favourite running patch, but no running

I decided it wasn't really weather to go for a run along the canal today. Far better to grab the camera and a warm over-coat and spend half an hour capturing the snow.

Thanks for posting this. Not just because it is a beautiful picture and reminds us that sometimes *stopping* is the right thing to do, but because it makes me feel better about a missed run opportunity yesterday where I just enjoyed being out in sun and biting hail and watching the rain coming and going across the landscape. (I'd still run in that snow though!)
