Long day travelling, so warm. Slept out on balcony. Went for a run this morning. Feel so much better. Must have lost a stone in sweet. Lol

I’m on my last day of Holidays today. I’ve Ran every second day and have tried new routes by going in different directions around the area. I wake at 7:30 and the rest of the lazy lumps awake after 10 am. So going for a run now and then packing.
