This was the question put to me yesterday by my bff 🤣 she cant believe this self confessed couch potato not only runs but enjoys it!
I had a really busy day yesterday and was rather miffed when I missed my planned running window in the morning. But luckily pony stuff finished early and I was able to squeeze in a quick scoot round the block. I only ran for 12 mins because I was quicker than expected The old me would NEVER have contemplated squeezing in any form of exercise. That's all down to C25k and this community so give yourselves a pat on the back 👏👏👏
Happy running folks xxx

hi Jogunlikely, think I have caught what you describe aswell🤣, I love having my grandsons stay over but today I was itching for them to go so I could do my graduation run , really bad nana 🤔😊😂
It's not a question of giving up chocolate at all, everything in moderation (but I must admit, it's a bit like University Challenge, I've started so I'll finish for me!).
Absolutely. I have zero will power once the chocolate is in my house! Anyone who can eat 2 squares and leave the rest for another day is just weird in my book 🤣
hi the new version of jogunlikely...well done for squeezing in a run. I have at last got out again and walked a gentle 3 miles today. Felt good but niggly pain tonight again but most of the day pain free...getting there bit by bit.
I had a friend actually say that I looked like I had lost some weight...oh at last people have noticed...heading towards 2 and half stone now. Keep up the running. Hopefully back with you all soon
I was just saying to my PT today that I felt I'd had a really lazy few days on holiday. It was only afterwards that I realised I'd run 21k and done a weights session during those 6 days... not sure when that became my new "lazy"!!!
