........blow out......what??? Has there been an explosion in a Christmas card factory while I’ve been asleep? The paths are glistening, sparkly like the glitter fairies have been out!! I’ve taken the kids to school, sporting my running gear, including new buff courtesy of the British legion along with a bit of bling..... not a doubt in my head as to whether I was going or not....I have A MILLION & one things to do this week before the big C (sush) arrives....I have the equivalent of the entire contents of toys r us to wrap...but I am going out...after attending an absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding at the weekend and staying for the weekend, splashing about in the hot tub, drinking prosecco like I had a problem(!) and dancing like I belong in an asylum for my safety & the saftey of others, I felt like I NEEDED to run....but the real Bev Cav would never have gone out in the ice...or the cold...without good reason....so where is she??? What have you lot done with her??!!!! Great run, only short but enjoyable...I now feel like I can tackle this week head on...as long as I get out two more times.....& I will.... happy Monday my lovely family xxxxx

One of my fav Christmas films!!! I certainly have Oldfloss ...Daddycav asking for ideas for Christmas presents the other day & I said “just take me to the running shop”...immediately afterwards I thought 💭 did those words really just come out of my mouth???!!!’ 🏃🏼‍♀️😃 thank you Floss....part of my addiction is thinking about my post & what I’m going to write when I’m done!!! I had the same feelings this morning when I came back from my first post graduation run. It had been a little chilly whilst running, but by the time I had cooled down I realised that it was still minus two and that in the past I would never willingly have ventured out in those conditions. What a transformation, thank you C25K !

Ha ha...running like a child, yes, that’s it!!!! Well, I enjoy it, like a child enjoys playing out coz I suppose that’s what it is to me...grown-ups playing out!! As for the holding up banks or post office, at least I could run for longer now than I could before I discovered C25k!!! 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏻
