So just finished the first run of week 2. The first 90 second run was difficult but seemed to get a bit more comfortable towards the end which was a surprise. So far so good

Great stuff, it's perfectly normal for the first part of a run to feel harder than later on, all to do with the body trying to adjust to needing to take on more oxygen. Some people call it the toxic ten, the science is really interesting and made me realise that it wasn't just me being rubbish!
