Hi I started C25K 3 weeks ago as wanted to do some type of exercise. I have a physical job but didn't think I was getting enough exercise. Totally loving it now and to top it off I have an appointment regarding stopping smoking also. So hoping I will get even better and more healthier

I gave up smoking a month before starting C25K. Those 2 things are the best decisions I’ve ever made (and I have two children 😉)
Your lungs will thank you and you’ll become a running bore like all of us. It’s all good.
Well done on starting C25K, that’s the hardest part done😊 Just take it slow and steady and you’ll be surprised what you can achieve.
