I still cannot believe that I am doing this! I have just finished W7R3 and feel great. I am gradually losing weight and toning up and have found running to be a great help with depression and anxiety. Anybody thinking about starting, DO IT!

Brilliant, you're seeing benefits beyond just getting fitter. I am the same, feeling better mentally as well as toning up and trimming down. I find running clears my head.
I'm a few weeks behind you but feel fab too! I find my mood is so much better now, lovely being out for a run after a day stuck indoors with a bored toddler. Yet to trim down or tone up 😬
