Anyone else found Week 8 difficult? First one on Tues was difficult but tonight was awful. I did it by shear determination but wanted to stop so many times, just found the whole thing a slog, breathing awful and no energy. It’s put me off the next one. 🙄🙄🙄

Take a extra day off, drink plenty of water the day before you run and run it a little slower than you did today, we all have some off days when running, you are so close to graduating, you don't want to give up now.
Thank you AlMorr...I’ve just had a serious talk to myself 🤣🤣🙄. To be honest I’ve just come back from a few days away where I have consumed food and drink I don’t normally have😬 so I think I was a bit tired. I wish I had left it until tomorrow but I felt really positive about it. Hopefully next time will feel better. 🤞🤞🤞
I find I had to really concentrate to keep slow when I started this week on Monday. I also try to get my breathing in rhythm from the first few steps otherwise I really struggle. But you still pushed through it all both times despite the struggle and that shows the real mental strength that you need to graduate. Go you 🏃♀️🤗
Ahh, have a couple/few days off and go again, hydrate and sleep well and hopefully your next run will be better. W8r2 was a slog for me, I was visiting my parents who live near the beach, had romantic thoughts of my run along the beach but it wasn’t great, was glad when it was over! On w9r2 now and loving it, hydrating is the key... and relax. Good luck 👍🏻
