Was actually nervous about wk2r2 because I didn’t pre-run plan properly on Monday and found it more difficult than I should have but pleased to report two days rest and a light snack only beforehand has done the trick. I know it’s only week 2 but I was starting to get nervous before running which is not like me at all. So pleased with today’s efforts 🙂🏃‍♀️

I did w2r2 last night, full of cold, in the rain (although I like running in the rain) and could have talked myself out of doing it but I didn't and it felt great when I got home. Well done for getting out there, 1 more to go then week 3, just keep up the good work

Thanks MyssiB! I am doing it in gym on treadmill - have never plucked up courage to run outside but it’s in the plan for when I feel more confident 🙂 - we’ve got this!
