Graduated after W9R3 on Monday. 4.92km in 30 mins... 1.5 times around the Serpentine lake in the rain... felt amazing - and all after a heavy weekend 🤪 . A few consolidation runs now then Park Run here we come.

You won’t find it if you’re using app on your phone. I too felt dim but you’ll see it when it’s there by going on via website.
