I'm so chuffed, amazed and proud of myself. Graduated this morning and took my two wee dogs with me to boot.
Looking back over this journey, it's been a fantastic experience and I. So grateful to this awesome app C25k and the wonderful people on here who have advised and encouraged me along the way... So, what to do next?
Oh and I lost a stone in the process too! 😁

I've loved this programme from wk3 onwards. I don't think I knew I would complete it until week 7. I've surpassed my own expectations with this. Thanks and enjoy it 😁
I've tried to make better food choices during this time. It drastic but being mindful what I eat. If it's worth the calories I have it. If not, I don't. Most of the time that works. Good luck and thank you 😁
Whoop whoop whoop!!! I graduated this morning too!!! Well done to you...I hope you’ve got the same feeling as I have coz I am proper BUZZING!!!!! I’m trying to do my housework but can’t see what I’m doing for the beam on my face!!!! Congratulations ...what a journey x
Thirdly spend some time consolidating your time/distance and then have a look at the Bridge to 10K forum and see also if you fancy doing some of the Stepping Stones stuff...
Wey hey Shash.... That's fantastic lovely. Really chuffed for you. Such a trenendoys thing to achieve and you achieved it. I think I'm may do one of the other NHS podcasts for strengthening, plus running on alternate days. Could be a plan for you.... ☺️
Well done you! I'm on W4 R2, just taking it run by run but reading success stories like this really motivate me to keep going, thanks to this brilliant online community xx
Congratulations! Next is wherever you want to take it - improved time (I'm working on that one) park run, even extending to 10K. Good luck with your new goals.
Wow so proud of you having shared our running journeys .... so great and enjoy the buzz of such a massive achievement .
Lots of people rpt wk 9 others seem to move to stepping stones ... I won't reach 5k in 30 mins so will rpt wk 9 until running further and pace increased ( well that's what I'm thinking ...)
Weight loss awesome too
So once again a humongous congratulations to you from me xxxx ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much. You above All, have been a fantastic support and you will be in that podium next. It is a great feeling. Yeah I'm Thinking similar, work on my pace for now. Keep in touch x
