Hi all. This week I went to do my run at the gym. When I finished my right foot ( or somewhere around the ankle got numb and took a while while doing the 5 mins walk cool down to get to normal. Someone experienced this?

That sounds uncomfortable. Were your laces too tight so circulation got a bit hindered?

As backintime says, it can be a symptom of poor circulation, which can be caused by feet spreading more as the duration increases and can be cured by lacing shoes looser or differently. There are plenty of online pages showing different shoe tying techniques to avoid pressure on different parts of the foot.

Thanks for the advices. I cannot remember if laces were too tight but maybe I need to look for some other trainers with different support for running...
