just finished w1run2. hardest thing is wake up early. how do you do it? run was fine, i think i will start to find it hard at w3 as i already cycle to work every day but heaven’t run in my life.

I'm a bit of an early riser anyway however i think if you can stick to a routine you'll find things come easier & fall into place.

I'm out at 05:45am on my run days & love it, the peace & quiet before having to head into work is lovely.

Think you need to run when it best suits you and that might be early or in the evening. I prefer mornings - I just get up when I wake up (rather than turning over again which is my preferred option!) and head out after a small green tea and half a banana. I’m sure things will work out for you as you go through the plan. Let us know how you get on!
