I'm a bit of an early riser anyway however i think if you can stick to a routine you'll find things come easier & fall into place.
I'm out at 05:45am on my run days & love it, the peace & quiet before having to head into work is lovely.

05:45am! you are a hero! to be honest i did love the peace and quiet of the park this morning. i will try and make it a routine. Thanks!

Think you need to run when it best suits you and that might be early or in the evening. I prefer mornings - I just get up when I wake up (rather than turning over again which is my preferred option!) and head out after a small green tea and half a banana. I’m sure things will work out for you as you go through the plan. Let us know how you get on!
