W4R1 DONE!

I set out this morning feeling more than a little anxious about starting Wk4. It's the most running in a session so far and it seemed like a big leap from 3 min runs to 5 mins, and that bothered me. Wow! I really enjoyed it. I did it at my usual pace and feel really good about that as I thought I would have to slow down to get through it. This run more the any in the first 3 weeks has really made me realise that I should trust the program. I clearly works. I am so looking forward to Wednesday now and R2. Bring it on!

Good luck everyone with all your runs today and for those starting out like me, you really can do this; if I can anyone can.
