I’m a graduate

I did it! 11 weeks after I started (a few set backs) I finally completed it. It was worth all of the pain, and it really was painful at times.

I can genuinely say it’s had a big impact on my life - I couldn’t run for 30 seconds when I started!

So for those who wonder if it’s worth it or if they should carry on then the answer is yes. YES YES YES.

Signing off , a very happy and 3x a week runner 🏃🏻‍♀️ 😊

Keep running, keep smiling.

It is worth it FVRF, congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating. 🎓

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊

I can’t find it

Go to Healthunlocked, there are various options or community posts there, press or tap the C25K tab, at the top right of the page you will see March Graduate, click or tap that and you will see all the graduation posts for March, just write telling the administrators that you have ran run 3 of week 9 which is the graduation run.

Brilliant! Well done & many congratulations!
