Ups I did it again! I’m so happy to have completed the second week with Couch to 5K podcast! Feeling amazing and exhausted. So far I can’t even visualise how to run for 30 min without stop but it will come. Step by step! Baby steps! Good luck to all of you brave people! Let’s stay motivated!

hi Wild-Strawberry, well done completing another week, you doing great 😊👍 just take it slow and steady and follow the plan, its amazing how it builds you up and before you know it you running 20 minutes then more

I struggled to do 60 seconds in week 1 but today did 28 minutes in week8, keep going relax and you will do it 🐢🏃‍♀️

You've done the hardest part, which is week 1. It gets (a bit) easier from here, but as long as you follow the programme, including the all-important rest days, you'll be absolutely fine. Good luck, and keep coming back here to report your progress!
