The dreaded injury....

So I graduated a few weeks ago. Had a niggle in the hip from week 8 around the 25 minute mark. I pushed through, graduated. Meanwhile I had referred myself to physio... I didn't want the niggle to turn into something major...

I had the said physio appointment today after 2 consolidation runs... I have runners knee?! Who knew that was a thing?! (I do have a broken knee cap, do was probably a contributing factor). But it's hip pain?!

Anyhow, she has sent me off with a plan and more appointments but the big news is, I can still continue to run! HUZZAH!

Now I'm off to do my stretches, with a cautionary tale, if you have any minor aches, get it checked out!

Ha! I've always had it apparently! The physio was a little perplexed about how I could walk let alone run! 😂
