What a journey this is. I did W7 R3 on tuesday thinking i'd nail it. The day before i'd found out that i might be made redundant . Now, normally if i'm streesed i have found that my run really helps. Tuesday was a disaster! I even ended up walking after about 18 minutes. This is the first time i had given up on a run and I was so cross and dissapointed with myself. However, I got up at 6 today and moved onto W8 R1 and nailed it. What a lift this has given me! It has also made me appreciate that each run is another step and take it a day. Onwards and upwards to Saturday now. For anyone elss out there that has had a 'bad run day' stick with it! The next one might be your best yet!

Sounds like your doing an awesome job with the running well done ! 😊 Understandably your mind was on other things and you shouldn't beat yourself up when a run doesn't go according to plan. Like you say the next run you had you smashed it. Good luck going into wk8 and hope you get better news on the job front.
