So went to my GP today about a finger issue and came out with a heart murmur!! It never rains... so ecg to follow, on the plus side he said it was a very slight one and to carry on running...obviously I am aware of the warning signs and will go steady!!

Have to say your GP is thorough! Good that you know about this murmur, and also that you can carry on running. Slow and steady as you maintain and improve your fitness before that ECG.

That's a bummer, but if it helps I've had a slight murmur for a long time and it's never stopped me doing anything. I wouldn't have know if I wasn't told
