Should I see a doctor

I been running for bit now done the c25k can any body give me some advice when running I get a bad pain in my ankle and leg muscle should I go and see a doctor it’s only the left leg

It start to get me down a bit there pain in the ankle after todays run

Yes could try them I want it gone as soon as possible

Get checked out.. sports physio is probably your best bet:)

It can vary....you need a registered Physio.

Also, just checking out your last posts... have you just maybe moved a little too far too quickly?

You were advised , in one post,you say to cut down on runs and then you did 6K today too?

Are you warming up really well and stretching well after each run... and taking your rest days too?

The things is today should of been 5k but end with 6k being run thing I don’t understand it one ankle not to I had a stroke on the left side 4 years ago could it be that

Plenty of hydration, stretching and warming up, sounds similar to the pain I’ve been having in my calf muscle, a foam roller has really helped.

I would also get your gait checked if you don’t have the proper shoes it could be causing the ankle pain

If you can, make an appointment at a sports physiotherapist. A one hour assessment is going to cost about £60. About the same cost as a pair of trainers. It may be that they can make a diagnosis and give you some exercises, without needing followup appointments (which would be 30 minutes and about £35). I know that's expensive.

Your GP is unlikely to know what to do, and would resist sending you to NHS physiotherapy. And even if they did, you'll wait 12-18 weeks for an assessment.
