So after repeating week 8 I went into week 9 with a bit more confidence and this morning - at 7:40 am to be precise- I completed C25K!

Congratulations and well done. I was thinking about repeating a week near the end. Did it help?

It certainly did. I struggled with week 8 and I wanted to feel more confident going into week 9 so I repeated it and I am sure it helped me when doing week 9 runs.

Well done Runmash hope you feel grand!

Suggest you now just consolidate for a few weeks running for 30 minutes 3 times a week whilst you decide what you want to do next.

And as for repeating weeks, well I tried out all of the trainers doing my consolidation weeks and realised I might have been happier with Jo not Laura. Especially when she mentioned skipping like a gazelle! An image I bear in mind frequently now when out.

Not that it’s true of me of course.....

Yeah thanks - I plan to stick to 30 mins for the next few weeks & I might try some of the other trainers- Sarah Millican has been with me for the last few weeks!

Brilliant well done. I graduated last week and “celebrated” with a Park run which was great. I lived Jo Whiley as well.

Today I did another 5k and listened to Ted Talks it was great in fact it was quite nice not being told how many minutes I had run and how many left.

Keep it up
