Well done !

Congratulations and well done. I was thinking about repeating a week near the end. Did it help?
YAY - feels good doesn't it! WELL DONE!

Well done! Itโs an amazing achievement.

Well done Runmash hope you feel grand!
Suggest you now just consolidate for a few weeks running for 30 minutes 3 times a week whilst you decide what you want to do next.
And as for repeating weeks, well I tried out all of the trainers doing my consolidation weeks and realised I might have been happier with Jo not Laura. Especially when she mentioned skipping like a gazelle! An image I bear in mind frequently now when out.
Not that itโs true of me of course.....

Great stuff runmash!

Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done ๐๐๐๐

Congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling

Brilliant well done. I graduated last week and โcelebratedโ with a Park run which was great. I lived Jo Whiley as well.
Today I did another 5k and listened to Ted Talks it was great in fact it was quite nice not being told how many minutes I had run and how many left.
Keep it up
