Moving on Up, yes indeed you moved on up with that 20-minute run, well done to you Runningpotato, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25k, onwards and upwards to run 1 of week 6 but be careful with the first two runs of week 6 as they have walking intervals after the non stop run of week 5.

Other milestone runs are run 3 of week 9, the graduation run, your first 5K run and a 5K run if you can run it in just under 30 minutes.

Well done! I'm at the same stage. I feel I'm getting there now and if it takes a little longer well, so be it. Keep persevering, past half way!

Absolutely so be it, I feel so much better since starting running, I am in it to get healthier, not win the race (although I would love to do a park run at some point). Keep going lifluf.

Well done xx

You might want to check out the faq posts as they always serve as a great reminder how to keep going and being prepared, I frequently go back to these during the programme.
