I was pretty worried about it to be fair so opted for a flat/downhill run with not as many inclines as usual but I'm going to try and repeat it on my usual route

That photo should definately come with a 'good role model alert!' Bet that's one proud little boy, too! Well done - the 20 min run is definately a special one - keep it up!πŸ™‚πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Exactly the same reason I did this programme too - although my boys are much older than yours! That was three years ago now and am still loving running!β€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Well done Jessie! You’ve smashed the first landmark run of the programme, and doesn’t it feel epic? πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

You need to take your son on every run as a mascot now, you realise! β€οΈπŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Ha possibly not sometimes a mummy's got to clear her head from the fun and games of motherhood πŸ˜†

Ahh yes of course! Mine are all grown, so I just take my dog for company! β€οΈπŸ•πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

To be fair he is good company on his own, but when a mums had enough she's had enough lol x

Well done you! πŸ‘ How are you people doing this? I have a complete mental block that I cannot run!

If you didn't have a good cry at the end, the rules say you have to run it over and over again until you do. For me it was the moment when I really knew I could finish the programme. I was in total bits at the end. "Bit of a sob" doesn't begin to describe it.

Well done you!!

(Mind W6, it's a sneaky b*stard. You think "Oh, walking, eh?" and then it gives you a big slap....)

Why was run 1 so hard on week 6???? Exhausted 😴😣

Cos you're active for longer. 2 10 min runs and a brisk walk between all adds up. It always catches people out. Well done tho :-)

You go girl! That's my next run and the one I'm dreading, used to run couple miles years ago and here I am getting excited about a potential 20 minutes!

Love that you're a mom and still finding the time, keep on inspiring! 😁😁😁😁

Congratulations. I thought it was an error when I saw the 20 minute run. It's an amazing feeling knowing the achievement and progress we've made. Keep going and beware W6 R1!!!!!!!!!
