Just started week three this morning and although I really felt the 3 minute runs they were not as hard as a I thought they would be. I not running fast by any measure but the program must really be working as I'm doing it! Although something really weird did happened to me today. I found myself getting up at 6.30am and putting my running shoes on and heading out the door, all with a smile on my face AND it was still there when I finished! What's that all about? Lol
