Having completed W1R1 on Saturday and feeling a bit sceptical of R2, I can whole heartedly say that I can already feel a bit fitter from Saturday! I don’t know if that’s because I’m relatively young and used to be fit due to football but I haven’t been active for a few years now!
I learnt from my mistakes last week and started off nice and steady and I feel as if that made me enjoy the whole experience more. What was I worried about!
Can’t wait to finish W1R3 and start to really see a difference in my fitness, and hopefully lose a bit of weight along the way too.
