No, it was me ๐ฉ A massive one, inhaled in minute 4 of W4R2. It protested as it went too. Nobody mentioned this....

I knew an old lady who swallowed a fly.....
There is nutrition in bugs a flies, no harm done, well done on completing run run 2 of week 4, lets just hope you don't have any flies on your third run of week 4.
I have heard it said people catch the running bug - never heard of it literally! ๐คฃ well done on the run!
Summer evenings Iโm puffing along with my mouth open like a whale shark ๐ Itโs a very efficient way of feeding, I can recommend ๐๐ป
They used to sell a t shirt which said โYou can tell a happy cyclist by the flies in his teeth.โ Same principle, I suppose - look on it as extra protein ๐
It is generally considered better to have your extra protein at the end of the run rather than in the middle.......
Oh dear BeBop, sounds ugh - but thereโs always an upside isnโt there? You came out of it better than the fly ......
I think it gets the occasional mention, personally I have just got better at spitting the buggers out๐
